Quick tip 44 shows how to modify tutorial 114 to draw price levels at the top and bottom of each pricing zone.

Tutorial 114 allows the user to input 5 price zones and specify their color, transparency and pattern. This capability is retained in Quick-tip 44.

Notes on the calculation

The quick-tip tutorial uses the horizontal line object to overlay a line over the top and bottom of the zone area highlighted. This has the advantage of including text to stays on the left or the right of the chart. Other possible advantages of the horizontal line object is that it can include alerts for when it is crossed by price.
